Should I Choose Transfer To DVD or Transfer to USB?
For help deciding which is best for you, please check our Help Choosing page for full details.
How does a USB Flash drive work for video transfers?
Our video transfers are in MPEG file format and the USB Flash Drives that we provide are in EXFAT drive format. The EXFAT format provides compatibility between both PC and Mac computers. Many modern televisions have the capability of playing MPEG video files, however there is no standard format for USB flash drives. If your television does not recognize an EXFAT formatted USB flash drive you will not be able to play your transferred videos unless you connect your computer/laptop to your television with an HDMI cable or via a USB capable streaming device like a Roku Ultra or Micca Speck.
How Long Does It Take?
Naturally this will depend on how many transfers in your project as well as our schedule. We will give you an accurate estimate of how long your project will take once we receive your Order Form. If you need your project by a certain date there is a spot for that on the order form. We will reply regarding your deadline upon receipt of the order form. Most jobs range from a few days to a week to complete.
